FAQs

What does a typical day look like at James Trial?

It all begins at around 9 am. We get ready to tackle the day based on what the cases need. Take an hour break for lunch (usually by walking across the parking lot to one of the nine places to eat) and then get back to it. Everything usually wraps up around 5 pm unless something is pressing or we’re in trial.

Do y’all have a dress code?

We always want to portray a professional, law firm atmosphere for everyone we interact with, so we wear business professional dress throughout the week. BUT on Fridays, we let our hair down and have “T-shirt Friday”—we wear jeans and our JTL firm t-shirts!

How would you describe the company culture?

Brilliant. We work together, have fun together, and get things done in an EXCELLENT fashion for our clients. This is a place where we truly work as a team.

What does training look like?

Training takes on different modes—everything from face to face to self-paced modules. We want to give everyone the tools they need to be as successful as possible in everything they do.
